WHO NEEDS A COACH

Everyone! Here at TCR our goal is to find a plan that fits your lifestyle, whether your goal is to podium in a race or simply start moving again. We recognise that everyone is busy and that there is a lot of conflicting information out there about the best way to train and our job is to sift through all the research and make sure that you are presented with a plan that is unique to you and your lifestyle, not a cookie cutter option, to keep you healthy and progressing.

CAN I SWITCH BETWEEN PLANS?

Absolutely! Many of our clients switch between the various levels of coaching support, based on their needs at the time – more support as they get started/head into a race and some folks cut back during the off season, so they are still getting some guidance rather than training blind.

HOW WILL I GET MY WORKOUTS?

We use Training Peaks as our delivery medium. It allows to input workout files for zwift etc, as well as give detailed instructions on how to execute the workout. Clients can upload data directly for the coach to see (HR, power, pace etc), as well as put comments that may be pertinent.

DO I NEED A LOT OF TECH (SMART TRAINER, HR MONITOR, ETC) TO BE COACHED?

No! While data can for sure help dial in exact zones, we can program appropriate workouts without a lot of toys ☺
