After our 15 years of camps in Penticton, we decided last year that it was time for a change.  We wanted a new venue that still allowed campers to prepare their own meals and get to know each other as in the past.   Potluck dinners, group cooking and hanging out at the beach.  Our camps are always more than just riding!

We then found the beautiful Ponderosa Point.  It has everything we had in the past but a step up in comfort and scenery!   Get ready for 5 days of beautiful riding, views and luxurious cabins in the Okanagan wine country!  Skills training, conditioning, group rides and lots of food!  3 groups of riders for all abilities.  Good times always!

Who is this for?  Riders should be able to ride over 60km or 2 hrs continuously.  Okanagan terrain is hilly with long climbs.  Expect daily ascents to be over 1000m on Sat and Sun. Road bikes recommended with tires that are 25-30c width.  3 groups/levels at avg speeds of 22, 27, 32 km/hr.  Distances range from 60-130km.

Riding Itinerary

Thursday – 5PM warm-up ride and introductions
Friday – Bike safety skills, climbing techniques and 60km ride
Saturday – Long ride 80-120km options & Potluck group dinner
Sunday – Long ride 80-130km options & Potluck group dinner II
Monday – Flush out ride and departure

Camp Cancelation Policy

• Deposit refundable up to one month prior to camp less 10% administration fee.
• Deposit and/or camp fee is 100% refundable, less 10% administration fee, due to a medical reason with note from a Physician.
• No refunds within one month of camp date.
