 The cornerstone of Kinesiology and life-balance. Knowing and planning how to schedule pressure with rejuvenation. Pressure and stress are good. It’s how we cause change and growth physically as well as in our life.  But, just as important is the cycle of rejuvenation and rest. Without planned recovery, you will not progress and see the benefits of the pressure or stress you incurred. Properly cycled pressure and recovery equals success and longevity. 

The graph shows the stimulus of a physical stress (training camp) which is then followed by workouts of less stress to allow fo rejuvenation.
