We have officially brought back our Functional Strength Classes, but wait… What’s functional strength again? Functional training involves training the body to make everyday tasks and movements easier. The goal is to increase your bodies range of motion, increase strength in and ability in everyday activities, and decrease pain. The three biggest, most used movements of everyday life are squats, deadlifts, and rows.
Starting October 7th, join Bri in FS1 and work your way to a movement filled, pain free life. Using corrective exercise techniques such as foam rolling, dynamic stretching, and stability exercises, you will lay the foundation your body needs to function at its full potential. After 8 weeks together, graduate into FS2!
Starting October 7th, we will be opened on Mondays for select services and extra altitude classes! Monday’s we will be open from 9:00am-6:00pm.
We are also adding new Altitude classes. Monday 6:00-7:00am & 7:15am-8:15am, as well as Saturdays at 7:00-8:00am!
