We want to take your STRENGTH training to the next level, and we have the qualified personnel to do so. It’s not often you get to work with trainers that have Master’s degrees in Sport Science.

With a wide range of specialties, we will be sure to find the best personal trainer to meet your needs.

Additionally, there are a number of TCR services to track your progress, including body composition testing and functional movement screening (FMS).

Each client looking for personal training will have a free one on one consultation to discuss previous health and fitness as well as goals and objectives of the training. Everyone is different and we want to make sure you get the best training for yourself.


Book in with your personal trainer and set up your schedule. We are want you to feel at home here at TCR so don’t be surprised if you’re drinking a coffee with us following your sessions.

Personal training pricing varies depending on your package.

12 sessions (1/wk) : $900.00 + Gst (75/session)

24 sessions (2/wk) : $1560.00 + Gst (65/session)

36 sessions (3/wk) : $1980.00 + Gst (55/session)
