Selina has a PHD in Chemistry from Cambridge University, England, with an undergraduate Chemistry degree from the same university. Her degrees include courses in Physiology and Biochemistry.
She is passionate about triathlons and nutrition and has spent the last 12 years working in the nutrition field.
Selina has always been active in climbing and hiking. After the last of her three children were born, Selina returned to the run scene. With a competitive focus, she started with 10k runs, and progressed to marathons, qualifying for Boston in 2010 and 2011.
The 70.3 is her favourite distance and she has qualified for and competed in the IM 70.3 World Championships every year since 2010.
Selina brings a wealth of knowledge to the TCR team. Her knowledge in the scientific approach to training, coupled with her extensive race experience, allows her to relate easily to clients on both an experiential and scientific basis.
