Jon Churchill

Strength Coach,

Born and raised in Ottawa Valley, Jon studied Kinesiology at the University of Waterloo.  Having always had a love for the mountains Jon hopped on a bus and travelled west.  With no job, and no place to stay, Jon applied his trade up north working in Fort St. John for 2 years.

While working on the drilling rigs, Jon realized he would need to improve his strength.  Always having gained his fitness through outdoor activities such as running and cycling, strength training in the gym was a new concept.  He chose to put his Kinesiology degree to use, and since gained certification in FMS and Muscle Activation technique.

Jon has helped numerous clients reduce shoulder and knee pain and increase mobility.  He prides himself on creating an open and inviting environment in the gym.
